Welcome to my personal website! I'm a cognitive neuroscientist interested in visual perception and its underlying neural mechanisms, and how these processes are modulated by higher cognition. For example, how is visual information processed at different stages of the human visual pathways? How does a change in task affect the stimulus representation? And how do these processing steps shape our visual perception? I use psychophysics, eye tracking, MRI, EEG/MEG techniques in combination with computational modeling to answer my research questions.

I'm currently a postdoctoral research scholar in the Stanford Vision and Perception Neuroscience Lab, working with Dr. Kalanit Grill-Spector.

I received my PhD from New York University, working with Dr. Jonathan Winawer and collaborating with Dr. Marisa Carrasco. Prior to my graduate studies, I earned my MSc in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Amsterdam and BSc in psychology at Utrecht University.
